WELLNESS PLANS are available for pets. With a wellness plan, your pet will get all of the necessary annual vaccines and much more for one low monthly payment. Pay $100 down and $30 per month. DETAILS
Responsible pet owners should make provisions for unseen issues with their pets. A good way to provide this is to either have funds in a separate account for their pet's care or have a credit card with at least $2500 of credit dedicated to pet care. Another option is to have pet insurance on each of your pets.
Health and accident insurance for dogs and cats can be lifesaving when a pet becomes seriously ill or injured. Many people are faced with embarrassing issues when the pet is in need of expensive medical or surgical treatment and they just don't have the money to pay for the treatment.
This puts the veterinarian and the pet owner in impossible situations.
Veterinary Clinics are small businesses and rely on their clients to pay for their services. They cannot afford to carry client balances. In truth, most veterinarians have been burned by trying to help someone without immediate access to emergency funds for treatment of their pets. They never see these people again and they never collect a dime. So policies requiring a "deposit to be made upon entry and full payment when the pet is released" are standard at almost every veterinary facility.
Here are some of the common health insurance plans that are available. Monthly premiums are very reasonable and their reimbursements are very fair.
